Arma's vision first came to life as Revl, our flagship gym in Porirua. Revl became the proving ground - where we built, tested, and refined the workouts, systems, and member experiences that now power Arma.

Today, Arma takes that proven model and makes it available to gyms and Reformer Pilates studios everywhere - complete with modern programs, a turn-key business system, and the training support to scale it with confidence.

Arma workouts are not only built on science-based training techniques - that's a given. They are also the result of thousands of hours of practical experience delivering immersive fitness experiences. Developed, tested, refined, and perfected over many years, Arma workouts have been crafted to create the ultimate user experience for your members and coaches alike.

Problem

The operational burden holding fitness back

Group fitness demands coordination across programming, coaching, and music. Most operators manage these as separate systems, creating gaps between what members expect and what the business can reliably deliver. The result is inconsistency, wasted time, and lost retention.

  • Fragmented systems

  • Inconsistent member experiences

  • Operational complexity

Experience drives retention

Members don't return because of equipment or facilities. They return because of how a class makes them feel. That feeling comes from precision in programming, coaching that connects, and music that moves them. When these elements work together, retention follows.
